I want to back up the information by scheduling the Intrusion Policy or Access Control Policy in FirePOWER.

Config backups can be automated with backup policies and scheduled tasks. If you're asking about a policy export, then that is a manual process found under tools. import/export.

Are you saying that policy backup is not possible through scheduling?

If the goal is to only backup/achive/export/etc the policies, then those cannot be scheduled via the UI. Full backups of the FMC can be scheduled however. If your running a recent version, you should be able to pull the policies via REST in an automated fashion.
