After attempting to install a newer system image, I receive the following output:

Searching / for images to boot.
No images in /
Error 15:File not found
Unable to boot an image
I can tftpdnld the image successfully, but it does not come up. Does a path to an image file need to be specified? Any help would be really appreciated.
