IPS blocking known URL

FTD IPS is blocking a legitimate URL as web application BitTorrent. where is the best place to put an exception to allow this through.

are you managing FTD with FMC,

you can unblock the URL below document :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/60/configuration/guide/fpmc-config-guide-v60/Access_Control_Rules__URL_Filtering.html

i would also check in cisco talos for that URL safe to do or not.
