I am not aware of a CON-SUSW-IPS4260 Product Number available for purchase direct from Cisco.
The CON-SUSA-IPS4260 is a support contract that covers only signature update support and not hardware, maintenance releases, or new feature releases.
However, CON-SUSA-IPS4260 is never soled to customers by itself. It is only sold as an add on to support contracts sold by Cisco resellers.
If you purchased from a Cisco reseller and not direct from Cisco then you will need to contact your reseller to determine what reseller support contract you need to purchase. That other contract would either need to be purchased in addition to CON-SUSA-IPS4260, or in some cases the resellers have included CON-SUSA-IPS4260 in as part of the cost of their own support contract they sell you.
(It is possible that CON-SUSW-IPS4260 might be that reseller support contract)
If you did not buy from a reseller and instead bought directly from Cisco then you can not purchase CON-SUSA-IPS4260.
Instead you would need to purchase one of the standard end user support contracts that covers signature updates, hardware, maintenance releases, and new feature releases all within a single contract.
These contracts are:
CON-SU#-IPS4260
CON-SU#-4260-2S
CON-SU#-4260-4G
CON-SUO#-IPS4260
CON-SUO#-4260-2S
CON-SUO#-4260-4G
The # will be either 1,2,3,or 4 depending on the response time you are willing to pay for.
The difference between SU and SUO is that SUO is for on-site support.
The difference between IPS4260, 4260-2S, and 4260-4G is on which part number was originally purchased. If the IPS-4260 was purchased as a base chassis then "IPS4260" is what you need. If the IPS-4260 was purchased as part of a bundle with pre-installed SX cards or GE cards then you will need either "4260-2S" or "4260-4G" depending on the purchased bundle.
NOTE: If additional SX cards or 4GE cards were purchased than additional contracts specifically for the cards can also be purchased. Those contracts are similar to the ones above but end in IPS4GIB for the 4GE cards, and IPS2SI for the 2SX cards.
