I cannot seem to get my IPS 4255 on version 7.0(3)E4 go gather signature updates and I think it is becasue my CCO accound is not setup correcly. I took a browse through the discussions (admittedly did not read them entirely) but can anyone point me to a discussion on how to setup my CCO account or give me instructions on what I need to do?

Thank You

Can you manually download the signature files from Cisco.com?

If you can do that, you have enough rights to get the updates automatically.

I had enough rights. Just needed to be patient I guess. These days I feel everything should happen at light speed. Thanks for the replies

Hello Jason,

Hope you are doing good men,

can anyone point me to a discussion on how to setup my CCO account or give me instructions on what I need to do?

What do you mean by that, hmm I mean if you do not have an account yet you should go to www.cisco.com/account/register now.

Small correction.

The URL to create the account is https://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do

And you need an IPS services contract to get access to them.

There are trial licenses available too

Hello,

Have a good one Jorel and Jason
