That is a great question! I actually use both :) If you have worked with Cisco products in the past (routers and switches), the CLI will have a similar feel with certain things being different. You will overcome those things after using the CLI for a while.
I like to use the GUI when I setup VPNs, both remote-access and site-to-site. The GUI has some nice wizards which I like a lot!
At the end of the day it is all about your preference and what you like better. Certain people prefer GUI while others are old school and like CLI :) And then there are the ones like me that use both.
