IronPort - Blocked Out of Office Replies

All,

I'm seeing an issue where our domain is not receiving the Out of Office (OOF) Replies, sent from another domain, with whom we have an affiliation. Within our c680's, I've added the domain (and later I added the FQDN of each sending server) to our Destination Controls table and set the 'Perform address tagging' option to 'No'.

Researching this for a while, I believe the issue lies with the sending Domain, as I haven't found any message tracking entries specific to their OOF reply and nothing turns up in 'dropped connections'.  So what I'm asking is: Is there anything else I can check to state definitively that our appliances are not blocking their OOF's?

If you are not seeing anything in the message tracking log then you can be pretty confident.
