Is FMC/FTD still using Brightcloud service for URL database updates?

Just wonder if anyone know that FMC/FTD 6.4.x still uses Brightcloud for URL database updates? If so, where to check the Brightcloud service status? I got alerts in FMC saying URL download failed...
