I need to renew our Portal Certificate on ISE 2.6. I have begun the process of filling out the signing request and selected Portal for the certificates use. My question is about the Portal Group Tag. The current cert is using the " Default Portal Certificate Group". If I select this tag in the signing request I get a warning before the csr is generated saying.
"The certificate signing request Portal tag is already assigned to the following certificate(s) or other signing request(s). If you bind this request, it may remove the portal tag from an existing certificate. Do you want to proceed?"
Should I just create a new Portal Group Tag for the request? I quick search resulted in someone saying if the used the same tag their existing portals stopped working.
