Hi 2All
We are moving from Juniper Firewall to Cisco ASA.
Are there any config migration tool from juniper to Cisco.
Are there any cisco ASA simulator to get some hands on.
Is it recommended to have 8.3 or 8.2 software version on ASA
Any recommended books on ASA having simple/complex scenarios
thanks in advance.

- Are there any config migration tool from juniper to Cisco.
If you search the Netpro forum there are a few discussions on how to do this. See below a recent example:

You can emulate an ASA under Dynamips. However you may be better off renting time from one of the rack rental companies since you will not get all the features.

If you are new to ASAs then go for the latest version.

Here is the new self-service tool that Cisco has released to convert to any vendor firewalls to Cisco ASA.
Currently it supports Juniper ScreenOS to Cisco ASA conversion. More of them are coming soon.
