Hi
Can i limit bandwidth under VLAN Test for example on ASA 5520 means if i have 30 Mb i want to limit this amount to 10 Mb using by Vlan Test is tha possibe if yes can u send the Command line configuration

Yes. You would use traffic policing. There are examples and detailed explanations in this TAC article.
In your case, the access-list for the class map would match on the subnet associated with the VLAN.
