limit of devices allowed in ise users

I have a question about what is the limit number of devices allowed for a user in the essential licensing of ise, if it exists.
Context: They ask me if it is possible to link a single device to the user to only access the network with credentials, and if not, what is the limit of devices that can be linked to a single user.

By default a user can connect to the network as often as wanted. The guest-flow can implement restrictions, but this is not likely what you want. Perhaps deploying certificates to the user device and only allowing access with EAP-TLS could be an option.
