Link Failover between two ISP (Cisco Router and Firewall)

Two ISP link Terminated, 1 on ASA 5510 and 1 on cisco Router 2801, need to achieve failover between two ISP. need possible ways .

if Router Links goes down then Firewall link should takeover.

two different group of user , 1 group having gateway of router and other group having gateway of Firewall.

I'd just put all the clients on the 2801. Then use the ASA as another WAN links (or just don't use it at all), then use PBR to split your two user groups and use SLA monitoring to switch over when detecting one or the other link is down.
