Local Time issue in cisco asa firepower module

Dears,

In cisco asa firepower module's show time output, two times are shown.

1. UTC - Thu May 21 03:24:29 UTC 2020
2. Localtime - Thu May 21 08:54:34 IST 2020

My queries-

Our external syslog server is receiving logs from this module with time stamp mentioned in point one. How can I change it to our local time zone, which is IST.

While configuring NTP in module, I tried giving IP of inside interface of firewall, but it didn't work. How can I fix this?

Yes I had seen this link, but I thought may be by now cisco have done something to fix it.

Looks like its not resolved yet :/
