Logging Problem with Pix 506

Hi,

I have an old pix 506, it was disconnected for some time and now I feel I want to use it. But I forget the password, I can ping from the port to my pc but I can not ping from pc to the pix.

Any idea how to reset the password or erease it or back to the default factory setting .

do you remember the IOS version running on the PIX. If yes, please see the URL below to reset the PIX password.

Factory reset after password recovery:

write erase

reload
