NAC Web agent 4.8.0.4 saids scanning forever

Hello,

Having issues on Windows 7 PC's with 4.8, and the 4.8.0.4 web agent.

IE8 or latest Firefox with latest Java,

When user tries to connect with NAC Web agent it saids please wait while the system is scanned and just sits there forever.

The non-web client works fine on the same PC.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you tried with other Web browsers?

Does it work with Windows Vista/XP?

From the documentation, Windows 7 is not supported for the NAC Web Agent, so it is expected not to work...
