Need some help - FMC appliance CIMC CLI?

Hello,
I am trying to setup a FMC 1600 appliance and have been told it's connected to it's serial port via a serial console server.
However, when I log into the cli, I get the following prompt: FMC cli->
I cannot type anything in there (I've tried ?, help, show, setup, etc. without any luck) A only get a "Error: Invalid command:" message back.
I suspect they connected it to the CIMC/LOM port instead and I need to know if there is anything I can do to setup this appliance from the CIMC Cli? Can I switch shell to the normal FMC CLI?

If it is indeed the CIMC as you suspect, you can connect to the CIMC address via https in your browser and then open a session to the Firepower Management Center OS shell using the CIMC browser GUI.
