can we make 3105 FTD firewall as proxy gateway?
if yes, are there any articles?

This really depends on what you mean by configuring the FTD as a proxy. The FTD is first and foremost a firewall that also has URL filtering capabilities. So you can configure URL filtering on the FTD and if you have the correct licenses you can also use URL reputation filter.

Thanks for the reply
but my question is apart from URL filtering how I can make it as proxy.

You cannot use it as a web proxy.

The term "proxy" by itself is imprecise. What exactly are you wanting to accomplish?

I want that firewall to act as proxy.

A proxy for what?
If you want it to be a web proxy, the FTD is not a web proxy but does have the capability to filter URLs based on access control policies. You will need the URL license for URL reputation services.
But as I mentioned earlier, it is not a web proxy.

It cannot. They are fundamentally different things.
"A proxy server acts as an agent or intermediary for the user, passing through all Web requests and responses. A firewall inspects packets (network traffic) as they enter and/or leave a network or computer system and takes action when 1 or more of its security rules are violated by the packets or their origins."
