Is anybody running CNR 6.0.5 on Windows 2003? Are there any known issues with this?

As per the documentation, CNR 6.X is supported on Windows 2000 SP1 or later (SP2 recommended), or Windows NT 4.0 (workstation or server) Service Pack SP6a or later.
