New ASA IOS install

Have a new ASA 5510 connected to the laptop via console. I need to load the IOS and the config from a nother ASA. I have tftp client on the laptop. Do I just need to set the inside IP to the same subnet as my laptop? Will I need a crossover cable?

Figured it out.

interface Ethernet0/0
nameif inside
security-level 100
ip address 192.168.2.1 255.255.255.0

Set the IP on laptop to 192.168.2.2

connected a straight through cable from the 0/0 port to a switch and aother straight through cable from switch to laptop.

Started TFTP server on laptop and copied the IOS.
