Hmm. Yes the recover status plus lack of login prompt indicates the CXSC module has not completed its boot.

Did you use the commands:

sw-module module cxsc recover configure image disk0:/asacx-5500x-boot-9.1.2-21.img

(or later image version - however it is important that you use the boot image first to bootstrap)

     sw-module module cxsc recover boot

If you didn't, then I would try to shutdown, uninstall and re-try using those commands in addition to an uninstall (first) as follows:

     sw-module module cxsc shutdown

(wait until show module indicates it is shutdown)

     sw-module module cxsc uninstall

I am having the same issue.  HOwever, when I try the commands above, it does not seem to help.  When I issue the uninstall command, it returns a message indicating that there is no software available to uninstall.  Also, when I look at the logs, it shows the correct version and appears to be waiting at a login prompt of sorts.

Any further input would be greatly appreciated.
