Not able to Discover ASA on CA Spectrum through SNMP

Hi,

We are hvaing Cisco ASA 5580 series FW and we want to monitor the same through CA monitoring tool. For that we have configured the SNMP with the following command on the FW, but unfortunately not able to discover the device.

snmp-server host OUTSIDE 10.X.63.6 community *******   ---> Where 10.X.X.6 is the CA monitoring tool server.

snmp-server community *****

Also would like mention that we are able to ping the outside interface of the FW i.e 10.X.61.9 as well as from ASA to our monitoring server i.e 10.X.63.6.

So, can anyone help me out to resolve the issue ?

If still that doesn't work you should check the logs and maybe set captures on the interface
