PIX 501 and inbound conduits

Does anyone know if the PIX 501 supports a single external IP address for outbound traffic (i.e. NAT/PAT) and inbound traffic (i.e. FTP or DNS). I am trying to figure out if, with a single IP address, I can do both (since my cable modem provider is DHCP only and I can only get a single IP address). I can currently do this with my GNATBox firewall, as well as the various NAT routers out there.

TIA

Wes

Yes, but you need to know the IP address for your inbound traffic. You need this information for your static commands. So, if your IP address changes, outbound traffic can still flow because it uses the 'interface' keyword. Inbound traffic (initiated from outside) requires an IP address as a keyword.
