PIX 501 License Weirdness

Hey guys,

I have a PIX 501 that shipped with a 10-user 3DES bundle. I recently applied an activation key for a 50-user upgrade that we purchased, and it disabled 3DES. I then obtained a 3DES/AES activation key from Cisco, but when I used it, my user count was reduced from 50 back to 10! What am I doing wrong?
