Unfortunately, the answer is no. The DHCP server on the PIX is meant to be a very basic service. There are no mechanisms to reserve specific addresses with the DHCP scope on the PIX. You will need a more full featured DHCP server (or statically assign the address to the clinet) in order for this to work as you would like.
