PIX 506E virtual interface

I have PIX 506E with version 6.3(1). I'm creating virtual interface on this but getting following error:

[ERR]interface ethernet1 vlan13 logical
Interface limit (2) reached.
Unable to create logical interface.
Internal Error: Unable to initialize logical interface.
[ERR]nameif vlan13 virt security99
For physical interace, please use hardware_id as specified in
interface command, instead of vlan_id. E.g. ethernet0, ethernet1 etc.
[ERR]ip address virt 192.168.102.5 255.255.255.0
Command failed

VLAN we already creted on cisco switch. do I need add anything on switch or firewall

Hi ... unfortuantely my friend logical interfaces are not supported on your platform.
Cisco Secure PIX Model Total Interfaces Physical Interfaces Logical Interfaces
501 2 2 Not supported
506E 2 2 Not supported
515E 10 6 8
525 12 8 10
535 24 10 22
NOTE VLANs are not supported on the PIX 501 and PIX 506/506E.

main problem is solved by upgrading to 6.3(5) version. PIx 506E supports Virtual Interface. Now I am facing routing problem:
[1] Pix default inside int is 192.168.101
[2] Pix virtual int is now 192.168.102..
I am not able to ping 192.168.102 from my machine(192.168.101.)
