I have a pix 506e that will not boot past the point noted below where I have pasted the console screen output. All testing that I can do up to that point comes out ok. Any help with this problem?

Hello. I am having exactly the same issue all of a suddent. No changes have been made to this device. If I hit "ESC" upon power up, I can run some basic diagnostics and all tests pass. It just hangs the same way.

Thanks for your reply. I am wondering if using pdm has anything to do with it. Did you use the web inteface pdm to program your pix?

Hi.
No. I did everything manually.
I spoke w/ Cisco today and they said that this is a hardware failure and the only resolution is to RMA the unit :(

Hi, i have the same problem. Can you solve it jumper the bios, the jumper is near the battery.
The real problem is it will pass again !!!
i can?t find a cisco solution : (
