PIX 515 Upgrade Image

Hello I cannot upgrade my software image on my PIX. I can connect to the PDM (2.1) so the client to inside interface is good, but when I try the copy tftp flash it starts then quickly gives the error of timeout. Any help here is appreciated. i am trying to upgrade froom 6.2(3)

I have tried the upgrade in monitor mode as well. The Network LED continually flashes but my tftp returns errors sending then closes out.

What is the error? do you have enough space to upgrade?

That is what I was first thinking... space issue, but I have since fixed things up. I used another laptop and all went fine.
