PIX 515E unable to boot

I have a PIX 515E with boot problem. These are the lines I received from the console:

After that the pix do not answers or display more lines.

I want to know if this error is due hardware or IOS problem.

can you press ESC key and go into ROM Monitor mode?

you can try to recover from there.

if you are able to go into rom monitor mode, try to recover using this link

if you cant then this is a hardware issue
