hello

when powered on the pix will display the following message and then stop booting up:

what could be the issue? how to solve the problem?

Hello,

Open the PIX and inside you will find a battery. Remove the battery for few seconds and of course remove the power plug.

After that insert the battery again and power on and you should be UP.

I've had the same problem last week.

Opening a RMA was the only solution.
