hi

i have a pix 6.1.I am having some problem with my tacacs+ server. now i want to troubleshoot but i dont have (debug aaa) commands. So can any body tell me the other way to troubleshoot.

Hello,

You could do one of the following two things:

- view the logs on your TACACs server itself to see what is happening. The tac_plus.log and tac_access.log have a lot of useful info

- you could run a packet sniffer (such as Ethereal) on the LAN segment that your TACACs server is on and observe the packet exchange
