I has been a long time since I have worked with a PIX device, but when I remove a NAT static statement, do I have to reloasd the PIX to get that removal to take? PIX525, v 6.2

a "clear xlate" will wipe out the translation slot table and do what you seek

Hi,

do you want to remove the 'static' statement out of your config? Just enter the command again, but this time with a 'no' in front of it:

no static ....

Please do a 'write memomry' after removing the command to make the removal permanent.
