Our company just implement a few ASA 5516-X with FirePower Services, obvious this users is playing games, but it seems that blocking URL games not works as the category is not goes to the correct group.
It was sad that we are using Partner support and can't chat with Cisco why this goes wrong.

As long as you have a Cisco maintenance contract you can get help directly from Cisco TAC. Ask the Cisco partner you bought this from for the SmartNet contract (which I hope they sold to you). If you don't have such a contract you really should, its important, so ask for a price for such a contract.
Then you can go to this URL and open a case yourself. You'll be able to speak with Cisco TAC directly, do WebEx sessions, etc.

For URLs that are in the wrong category, you can request a change on your own:
http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-categorization.php
For sure, ideally it would match out of the box, but I haven't seen that with any URL-database in the past.

Hello Calvin,
If you have a contract , you can contact the Cisco TAC to request for this cateogarization change. If you dont have any contract then you itself can request the cateogarization change via below URL.
http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-categorization.php
The request goes to the Bright Cloud team and they will work on it. It may require sometime. Meanwhile , If you have only few urls which you required as of now, then you can ,manually allow add those urls by adding the single urls in the AC policy.
Kindly rate if this answer helps you.
