Hi There
I have a Firepower 1010 Threat Defense wich not boot.
When I looks at the console the following is shown.
I try a reset and to install new the software but I can't download the software because I don't have a Contract.

only option is a replacement. here
Do RMA or take it back to the place where you bought it from. this appliance is a defective.

Hi,
Technically speaking, the SSD on the 1010 model is not field replaceable. Open up the box and see if it's there, if it's seated properly, or maybe if you can change it. Otherwise, you would have to return it to Cisco.
