Problem Start Firesight4000 "LibMysqlclient.so."

I get a problem when i start My CISCO FIRESIGHT 4000.

"ui_archiver[4200]:segfault at 4 ip

LibMysqlclient.so.18.1"

Look at the print screen.

Please Help Me

You should definitely contact Cisco TAC. 

My guess is that it is a hardware problem. (RAM)
