Problems with Routing

I have problems with routing but I don't know what kind of test or investigation do I need to do.

Here is the case. I'm allowing segment 10.110.8.0/24 to reach a sharedrive in another building connected thru a L2L device.

If I do a traceroute from 10.110.8.10 to the share drive it reaches it but If a do the same traceroute from 10.110.8.200 it doesn't reach it.

The whole segment is allowed also we have dynamic protocols in the middle (OSPF and BGP)

Any help will be appreciated.

If Windwos:

ipconfig /all

route print

if Linux

ifconfig

route
