I got 1 ASA 5515 shipped originally with cx software , then and did the reimaging for the firepower software and got the firesight virtual for 2 devices and tha L-5515 TAMC license , but this licenses gave me only url and malware license , i thought this license was for everything since there s no other license in the data sheet and this is the SKU with more features.
How can i get the protect and control license now so i can add the asa with firepower to firesight and apply all the licenses
THanks

Hi,
L-ASA5515-TAMC= SKU provides license for "MALWARE" and "URLFilter" and legally entitles the user for "PROTECT+CONTROL" signature updates. It does not provide "PROTECT+CONTROL" license. You need to buy "ASA5515-CTRL-LIC=" for getting the "PROTECT+CONTROL" license.
Please raise a case with CISCO GLO they can help to provide a CTRL license

Thanks , this sku ASA5515-CTRL-LIC in cisco ccw is 0$ , i thought it was not used anymore , because in the description of the TAMC its contains all features , is this license really inexpensive ?
there s sites in the internet selling this license , is it safe? , do you have any recomendation where to buy because i need it really fast and if i have to contact sales partner here it will take weeks till i get the license.
