PxGrid: any document for creating a PxGrid Certificate template in ADFS?

Researching on PxGrid and wanted to know if anyone has a document for creating a PxGrid Certificate template in ADFS?

This will be used for integration of ISE with all other cisco products i.ve firepower/ stealthwatch etc.
