QoS over VPN using 1712 Firewall IOS Router

I am trying to configure Telnet traffic to be a priority over all other traffic. If necessary it is ok to drop packets related to all other traffic. I have tried several QoS techniques, but during times of extreemly high amounts of traffic telnet response time suffers greatly.

Any ideas out their???

You may try using CBAC to specifically allow telnet and along with that use QoS also to priorotise telnet traffic. Other traffic can be given less weightage.
