Question about exported CSV file and packet capture

Hi,

1. The time field in "Table view of event" CSV report file have "hour" & "minute" only, how to let it show "second"?

2. I select one intrusion event and click "download packet" and got the message "No Packets Downloaded. Note: portscan events cannot be downloaded", but the event is not the portscan event.

Please give me advise to reslove my issue.
