Question on FTD Mgmt & Diag Interfaces

I'm currently following the guide listed down below in order to deploy some FTDs in Azure which I've been able to (still in early stages). However, looking at the guide and referencing other materials online, I always see the Diagnostic0/0 interface listed in the gui instead of the Management interface. In my Azure FTD deployments, it shows the Management interface instead of the Diagnostic0/0. Is there a reason the Diagnostic0/0 interface isn't showing?

you are looking a outdated documented from 5 years ago almost..

you only need management interface for management purposes and  the diagnostic is a optional interface.

what you maybe seeing is that 7.4 and later the mgmt and diagnostic interface can be merged:
