Is it possible to pass RealPlayer/UDP traffic thru the PIX firewall with only PAT configured?

If not, is it possible to pass a single GRE or IPinIP tunnel thru the PIX with only PAT configured?

No (PAT is not supported with the fixup protocol rtsp) and No (you will need NAT to map the end of GRE tunnel; it will also compromise your security – pix doesn’t look inside tunnel’s payload).
