register cisco smart license satellite in cisco

Hello

I want to register our smart license satellite server is cisco. I set proxy on smart license satellite server due to connect to cisco. 

When I want to approve an account , the below error display on screen: 

"Registeration failed due to communication issue with cisco. Please try later"

I tried later but I couldn't get any result.

I decided to do it manually and I tried to get certificate, but the below error display on cisco site: 

"There was an error while creating the Satellite: 500 Internal Server Error: We already issued 1 certificates with the subjectSN 293904d6-1313-45a2-81cd-e2a9d36a7a9b. Please send CERT RENEW request instead."

I couldn't find how I could renew the cert.

What 's wrong with us?

Reject the current account and recreate it. This will create a new certificate and will allow you to create a new On-Prem Account
