Route leak FTD - GRT to User vrf and vice versa

Dear All,

Want to clarify if route leak works from GRT to a user VRF and vice versa. I have a requirement were Teams traffic needs to be leaked from GRT to a seperate VRF. Already existing firewalls do it from User vrf to seperate teams vrf.. But need to clarify if we leak from Global vrf to user vrf will work..Any comments on these

you can leak between Global and VRF in ftd

It has a solution which have BGP import/export..Can we doing on static routing as well..?

Static route in global for certain MS destinations to leak to TEAMS vrf and from Teams return leak towards global.
