Hi.
According to Cisco website and articles, Cisco Firewall Migration Tool is free. But when I try to run it, it asks for my CCO credentials and after I enter them, It gives me error.
Now according to this discussion: https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/secure-firewall-migration-tool-login-issue/td-p/4891369 It says if you disable Success Network it should work. But that's not true. It still asks for CCO info.
And then according to this discussion: https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/firewall-migration-tool-4-0-unable-to-login/m-p/4867443#M1102306 You need a service contract in order to use FMT which proves that FMT is indeed not free for someone that has no service contract.
Does anyone know what can be done in order to actually use FMT?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @AminK, use the same user credential that was used while downloading the tool from software download page.

Hi ,
It doesn't work out for me.
Could you kindly advise if there is alternate way to settle it?

You need a Firepower Service contract associated to your cisco account. So technically if you don't have one, you can't use migration tool. It is not free.
