SF Data Collector showing "waiting"

Hi, I have a new firewall which is showing "waiting" on two processes.. how do I resolve this?

Also Cloud enrollment error. I can ping tools.cisco.com

It's normal for SFDC to wake up only when it has data to correlate. Are you managing locally or with FMC? Check on the event in the relevant management GUI to see if you are getting events logged - that's the purpose of the SFDC process.

AMP process is only applicable when the device is registered to Cisco cloud for file analysis (AMP) purposes.
