Site to Site VPN get disconnected frequently

Hi All,

We have one site to site vpn it is getted disconnected frequently that is far end IKE ip address 196.14.12.10

When i run the command

Show crypto isakmp sa

The IKE PEER 196.14.12.10 is display Active

After 4-5 minute when i run above command

The IKE PEER 196.14.12.10 is not display

How can i check issue . there is no changes was  made from our side

On our side we are using ASA5520 and on far end client is  using checkpoint.

And what does syslos say, if you filter it on address 196.14.12.10 ?

Which level do you log?

We donot have syslog server.

Any other way to check

Hi,

Without knowing what's happen and why does the vpn goes down, there is no chance to determine right reason and repair it.

The second side (checkpoint) is also without any logging?
