Slow Upload Speeds ASAv

Hello all,

I have been working with a speed issue on an ASAv in a datacenter. I don't have access to the backend of the ASAv. We have a site to site VPN tunnel configured between the datacenter and the customer. We have been troubleshooting this for weeks. The customer has been performing iperf tests between servers across the tunnel. They adjusted the MTU to 1300 on both sides and they are getting decent download speeds but the upload speeds only allow 1Mbps no matter what they try. They are trying to say that at the breakout point the datacenter is throttling traffic but I have been told that the ASAvs are behind a NAT and no throttling is being done. I'm at a loss here and I was trying to see if anyone might have any suggestions. Below are the iperf tests they have performed. Any help is appreciated.

DOWNLOAD SPEED - MSS = 1300 Test Complete. Summary Results: [ ID] Interval           Transfer     Bandwidth       Retr [  4]   0.00-10.00  sec   170 MBytes   142 Mbits/sec  269             sender [  4]   0.00-10.00  sec   167 MBytes   140 Mbits/sec                  receiver

UPLOAD SPEED - MSS = 1300 Test Complete. Summary Results: [ ID] Interval           Transfer     Bandwidth       Retr [  4]   0.00-10.00  sec  30.2 MBytes  25.3 Mbits/sec  120             sender [  4]   0.00-10.00  sec  30.1 MBytes  25.2 Mbits/sec                  receiver

Yes it's been tested. They did iperf tests after changing the MTU to 1300. They get 125Mbps down and no matter what size transfer they tried to upload it's 1Mbps upload.

i mean in the Lan you mentioned 8GB speed download ? how about upload ?

Iperf tests inside the LAN achieved 8Gbps up and down. It seems the issue is once the packet leaves the LAN. The datacenter manager said it's shared bandwidth with other clients and the ASAv is behind a NAT. He said nothing is throttled.
