WebVPN (aka Clientless SSL VPN) - is a web based portal / application proxy that doesn't require installation of a client. AnyConnect (aka Full-Client SSL VPN) - is an installed client that uses SSL/DTLS for tunneling traffic to the ASA from user's PC. AnyConnect provides similar experience that Cisco IPsec VPN client provided.
