System upgrade failed on Cisco Firewall device manger 2130

Attempting to do a system upgrade of the firmware on Cisco firewall device manger and I get the following error message: "

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request

NullPointerException"

It could be in progress still and restarting.

Detailed logs are available from the cli in expert mode. Check "status.log" under /ngfw/var/log/sf/<folder for your version upgrade>. The last lines of it will show you where the process is (or where it failed).

It does not show up in there.  I see the current version but not the one I am trying to upgrade too.....

How soon after you initiate the upgrade do you get that error?

Which version are you currently running and which version are you trying to upgrade to?

current version 7.2.4 and attempting to upgrade to 7.3.0.  I get the error within 2 mins
